Laminated papier (papier mache') sculpture

I am a self-taught artist. If anyone can really be considered self-taught, that is. I learned so much from each and every art teacher I had from first grade all the way through high school. I enjoy working with “castaway” materials like newspaper, old wire, and scrap wood. Every sculptor wants his/her work to have a presence; I’m no exception. My work can take the viewer by surprise because there are few artists who have taken this medium this far. Most of all, I like dynamic compositions and oddball humor that makes people smile.
