Here's the second half of pictures from the 1st grade project. You can see we had the hot air balloon suspended from a couple of step ladders this time. It worked fine. For the final coloration phase, I was originally thinking it may be cool to do some type of colorful pattern like you see on the real thing. But, in this type of chaotic environment, it became clear to me the best way to go was just an abstract color scheme. Jackson Pollock would have been proud.
